We recommend following the route through Blanding and continuing north on Abajo Mountain Road (County Road 285 / Johnson Creek Road).
Camp Jackson Refuge is located approximately 30 minutes north of Blanding in the beautiful Abajo Mountains. The final 5 miles are on a well-maintained gravel road suitable for most passenger vehicles during the operating season.
